I know that saving some money to pay some other bills and not going out and buying a camera is the responsible thing to do, but I really miss having a camera right now. My cell phone has been standing in in the mean time, but it's just not the same. In the usual fashion of summer I've been staying busy & going on adventures. I thought I'd take a minute to share a few photos from the past few weeks. xoxo.
Last month I took a drive w/ my friends Kristin & Tylor. After spending the morning up on the reservation doing a bear drive (we saw two babies and a mother bear!) Kristin took me through a new mountain pass that landed us in an area I frequented w/ the musher I worked w/ not long after moving to Montana. We headed to a trail known as Glacier Slough in the Swan Mountain Range. It's a beautiful area. The photos speak for themselves.
My friend Kaylea asked me to participate in her Relay for Life team this year. Never having participated in such an event I took up her offer. Despite my hellish work schedule in June, I powered through the night only to head back to work the next morning. If you've never participated in one of these events, I highly recommend finding a luminaria ceremony in your area. It's something to witness.
