4 Weeks Old

I was in Ohio this weekend to surprise my sister, and was told that there are actually people following my blog other than my family (thanks Patty!). So, as the pups are 1 week older, I have decided to post all the photos this week as large as I can so Kara S. can enjoy them a little more! I'm starting to narrow down my choice, but seeing as how I'm 3rd choice male, I'm still keeping them pretty open!

Climbing the Heap

Carabiner: $20, ATC: $25, Full Tank of Gas: $27.50, Chalk Bag:$34, Harness: $79, Shoes: $84, Climbing the Heap till 3 in the morning by headlamp & starlight with some amazing friends: PRICELESS.
Christopher, Cameron, Kyle & myself took a little trip last night to the Heap, a rock face near Lolo Peak. Cameron needed some photos for a class he's taking this semester. This was my first outside climb and was pretty amazing. It's a lot different climbing on real rocks than it is climbing on an indoor wall. Different styles, but both are very fun in their own ways. Hopefully more pictures in the daylight will follow soon this spring & summer as the weather continues to get nicer.

Moose!!!

Christopher & I took a short trip to Jackson Hole, WY with the pups over his spring break to do some hiking. However, when we got there we were met with a rather large snow storm & most of our hiking plans were snuffed. Although we never once got to see the Tetons during this trip due to the snow and clouds, I finally got to see some moose! The elusive moose is one animal that I hadn't seen in the wild since moving out here, but not any more!
