My friend Kaylea asked me to participate in her Relay for Life team this year. Never having participated in such an event I took up her offer. Despite my hellish work schedule in June, I powered through the night only to head back to work the next morning. If you've never participated in one of these events, I highly recommend finding a luminaria ceremony in your area. It's something to witness.
