Kristin & I planned a weekend backpacking trip to visit some lakes in the Mission Mountains. It didn't take much convincing to get the boys (Christopher & Tyler) on board & we were off to enjoy one last overnight trip in the wilderness before the deep cold of winter set it.
We set out for Crescent and Heart Lake the first night & then were off to Turquoise Lake the next night. All in all we covered around 16 miles.

Didn't see any fish. Some people were trekking around on the trails w/ poles, but you'll have to ask them. ;-)
NO NO NO. This is important stuff. You MUST look for fish in these waters....You must stop these trekkers and just ask them " Where were you fishing, what for, and did you catch anything."
