The world is there for me to change, someday, somehow, I'm going to leave my mark on it.

Keepin Busy
Hey all. This is a little tough for me, but I'm gonna break down and ask everyone to keep me in their prayers right now. It's been a little bit of a rough start to a new semester for me and all I'm askin is to pray for strenght for me right now. I would really apprecciate all the help I could get.
I know I have a lot to be greatful for and a lot of great friends out there, but sometimes I just have a hard time seeing all that wonderful positive that's acting in my life over all the hurt and negative. Please don't think I am not greatful for each and every one of you that are in my life. :-)
Also if you could keep Mr. Williams in your prayers I would really appreciate that too. He's been in the hospital since Dec. 18th, and after a long process of not knowing what was wrong, to finally figuring it out and the treatments not working, the doctors at Pittsburgh have finally gotten to the core of the problem and today he is being transfered back to Lancaster General for the long road of recovery thru physical therapy. Just keep him and his family in your prayers as well please.

Baltimore Aquarium
For Chris' birthday Chris & I went into the Baltimore Harbor to explore the Baltimore Aquarium. For anyone that lives around or is close enough to visit, on Friday nights after 5 pm tickets are only 8$. The Aquarium is open till 10 but they stop selling tickets at 8. It's plenty of time to enjoy the signs and attractions of the Aquarium on a Friday night and it's cheaper than going to the movies! Check it out! My favorite part of the night was when a little boy threw his shoe into one of the large tanks not only once, but twice. I didn't get to capture a picture of it, but hopefully one day I can steal the one that Chris got. I am still trying to get used to my camera so please bare with me through the next few months as I try and get the hang of my new camera.

Happy 20th Birthday Christopher!
Today is Christopher's 20th birthday! As many of you know, Chris is not only my boyfriend but first and foremost he's my bestfriend and soon he'll be transfering to the University of Montana to follow his dreams and take up photojournalism. I'm going to miss him dearly, but enough of that right now. Here is the cake I had made for his 20th. It's an outline of Montana w/ a compas rose over Missoula. I placed a hiking compass in the icing of the cake and then for his present got him a nice atlas of Montana. It's no ordinary atlast tho b/c it's only of back roads, hiking trails, indian lands, natural landmarks, scenic outlooks, rivers, mountains, etc. I hope it comes in good use out there in the Big Sky Country.

Woodlands Zoo
Mom, Dad, Queenie, & I traveled back from Ohio on Sunday night when I was suprised w/ a call from Christopher. His uncle was traveling back to Ohio and Chris was wondering if he could drop him off in Somerset on his way out. So on Monday after I got off work I was so happy to wrap him up in my arms again and bring him back to good 'old Confluence. On one of the days we traveled to the Woodlands Zoo to see the rare white buffalo that had just been born there. Unfortinetly we didn't get to see the little guy b/c he was hiding in a shed, but here are a few of the other things we got to see. My camera's battery died right in the begining of the zoo, so I only have a few pictures. To see more of the pics, check out www.webshots.com and search Chris' user name CHRISTOFOTO. I'm not sure if he has the pictures up yet, but I'm sure he'll get them up eventually.

Christmas All Over Again
On the 4th I packed up my stuff again and headed out to Colombus, Ohio to spend some time w/ my family (Kristen, Charlie, Lola, Emily Rae, Mom, Dad, & Queenie). We celebrated out Christmas together and it was fun for all. Even Emily always had a smile on her face (as always), but I think it was more for the fact that she was never once put down as long as her grandpa and grandma were around. I also got to hang out w/ some old friends; Tj as well as Tim & Patty & their new daughter, also my sister's boyfriend Jose and got to know him a little better as well as meet his two adorable sons.

Hiking at Chickies Rocks
Chris and I decided to give our camera's a little action and our legs a little exercise as well. So we set off for a little trail known as Chickies Rocks. It was a beautiful day and a great hike. Here are a few of the pics I snapped but to check out more head to www.webshots.com and search my user name is CAMERAE. To see the pics Chris snapped (of me! you'll get to see my new camera!), look him up on his user name CHRISTOFOTO.
Holly Got Her Own Camera!
Christopher!
Dad discovers my new camera
A lot has been happening over break. I traveled down to Lancaster on the 29th of December to have Christmas w/ Chris and his family. Chris had a few tricks up his sleeve for my present though it seemed. I opened my gift to reveal a camera case. Then I was given a card saying: Read this and recieve a free camera! I was in disbelief. Further reading revealed that my wonderful boyfriend & best friend, took the liberty of gathering a few of my friends back at DelVal, along w/ chris' parents, to all chip in for a digital camera for myself. My first reaction was to cry. The thoughtfulness of everyone hit me really hard and I couldn't believe so many people went together to get me such a thoughtful gift since I had been saying all semester how I was going to miss having a really nice camera after Chris left.
So before I end this little post, I really need to extend my thanks to Mr. & Mrs. Williams, Jamee, Shani, Daria, Yacco, & Kelly for all contributing.
And I especially need to thank Christopher for not only putting this all together but putting a lot of hard earned money towards it as well. Thanx Christopher, I'll love you always!
